thought so. the 39pickup seems to be ok with no v lock. We have one intersection in DC that bites us, but we know about it: up grade to a stop sign with a crossing road with no stop sign.

I see in the latest eV-8 Times for Sep./Oct that a carb spacer will cool the carb.
How does that work?

My council is to leave it untouched for at least a year. Fix the safety items first (Brakes/tires/lighting, steering. Then drive her and listen to her. She will tell her what she needs.

How do I tell original paint on 36 wheels, please? Painted on the inside of the
hub; some runs; no rust pits; no primer; no rub thru on mounting areas.

Canadian book is a great help. So is the green book. None are perfect but with the service bulletins in the readable print and Fordbarn you are good to go.

Thanks. I dearly wish I could. The truck was over heating so he got another radiator. I know he had trouble installing it.

I think I will remove the radiator and study things. It could use a back...

The previous owner upgraded my is radiator on my '39 pikupp. The radiator is mounted 2 " closer to the engine. It looks like the turn down on the upper pipes is too much and there wasn't enough upper...

Are there places where the split pins are used for other than holding something on? Like thrust support or end of travel pin?

electric gas pump on a 39 PU Frame

I'm adding a electric fuel pump. Mount it on the bottom flange of the frame away from the electric wires and forward the rubber spring bumper?
