Not sure bout the dash piece but the locking gas cap door should be original, I guess some people stole gas back then also.

I used a wooden dowel, cut down to about an inch long, four of them, screwed them in just enough to hold the gasket, and also detached the tie rod, it wasn't to bad of a job.

I took my 47 in today for an estimate, I've decided to keep the OEM exhaust manifolds and not use headers, with two inch pipe no mufflers, I'm going with straight pipes for now.

I have a 47 and the drums hubs are what you have to watch when replacing, as the hub rides on the outside not inside.

The brass bushing needs to be line bored after installation so I would say that they should not fit over your king pin until installed and bored.

I just put one in my 47, haven't had a problem with it, fit and finish was good, I would replace all the rubber pads under it, the money saved bought a lot of other parts, lol.
