Most of the time its the fender and fender braces that need to be aligned to fit the headlight bar :)

Did You put in a new timing gear? Is it installed on the corresponding tooth on the crank gear? It sounds like timing.

It looks like there is some galling of the washer at the front motor mount washer. It appears that it is not snug at all. Could the engine be jumping up and down to cause the vibration. add some...

1930 Tudor Sedan Body and Frame
