Yep the bumpers fit into pre pressed holes. I second getting a seal kit too. Just a note.. you might find the holes in the floor have "flogged out" over the the year and may have to fit bigger screws...

It's important you get the levers/arms orientated correctly otherwise the vent will not close down properly. I know because I f'ed this up on the last v8 I owned and redrilled some of the holes to...

The outer stainless should garnish a metal piece that should be threaded with 3 holes and comes as a complete unit. There are screws that screw through from the inside that go through the inside...
