Good info guys.... so should I measure poundage by the Les Andrews measurement of 2.25 installed height? Should be 60lbs for a mild cam. Shim if needed, then check for coil bind? Sound correct?...

I guess I need to install one and see what the installed height is with the new modern valve. Then check poundage at that length.

Iím running standard head... no OHV. Larger intakes, dual 97ís and mild cam. Should be around 6.25:1 compression. I agree that the shorter spring is a big deal... it really caught my eye. Still need...

Valve spring issues

I recently purchased a new set of modern valves and springs from a reputable company. I installed them for a short duration then removed them because I needed to do some head work prior to moving on....

Thanks! I looked on the site looks like most of the inventory is gone. I started looking at old Willy’s Jeep parts to see if something may fit. Anyone tried this?

Iím working on this old Mallory YL 11a distributor and canít find a rotor anywhere. Not exactly sure on part number... it maybe the 320m, just from doing a little research. Anybody...

Oil pan cracks... fixable?

During my diamond block build up I noticed these small crack in the oil pan pocket where the from seal goes. Are these cracks a big deal? Is this common? Any thought on a good fix or repair???...

window regulator right side

Hello fordbarners, Iím looking for the flange and first bend in the model a muffler in good condition. Will be using it for building my own exhaust. Need pipe from manifold to beginning of muffler....
