The pumps show it should be for the correct application. We are going to try one last time ordering a new one. We did call NAPA, they already sent the core in... so it's long gone.

Thanks for the replies! Yes, I am measuring stationary in my shop.. I did put 2 fans in front of it to try and simulate some air movement around the engine to try and help. I had the distributor...

Thanks for the help and ideas! I went out last night, checked all the lines and have good fuel flow. I should have mentioned that I put a dirty leg on this before starting and also another filter...
