I had a bent valve on a supposedly rebuilt Model T engine one time, methinks the engine had been rolled over and/or stood upside down causing the valve to bend. For the uninitiated, Model T engines...

I also had that mis-alignment problem, filed the mounting holes for stationary point block so it could be adjusted to line up.

Werner, I think the slope of the filter in your picture (post #8) is wrong, I think the inlet should be higher than the outlet so that any bubbles will migrate away from the carburetor.

You would need a power supply that could handle the ~5-30 volt variable frequency input and put out either 6 or 12 VDC depending on your choice of voltage.

That's all fine and good, IF you can find a shop to do it. Around here none of the shops do much in the way of radiator repair any more, all they want to do is sell you a new one and then R&R it.
