32 tudor orig trade for 33 or 34
Have good 32 original tudor sedan v8..value about 35k..new 3.54 rear gears just installed,new tires..runs good but trans and clutch needs attention.brakes almost done...trade for 33 or 34 what have...

Have 32 "B" PU ..had 4:11 had Tom Endy put 3:54 works good about 55 mph..no cigar but about right for 4 cyl...but a 21 stud v8 32 needs 3:27 for sure for 55 -60 mph range...these old rigs don't feel...

My car was a 31 tudor that had a bad vibrating motor , steered good until I put floats on rear of motor which by the way did not help much ,but it did change the steering ,but I failed to measure...

Caster is controlled by height of bell housing in relation to frame..,Ford original style rear motor mounts were designed to have proper caster for front axle..when one installsl float a motor rear...

Do not change front cover its not needed..time it without the pin ..so easy see my other posts ..model A and B is the simplest motor evey ....even simpler than model t..bring #1 up to tdc set rotor...

Hot rivets are kind of hard to do..have to find all the right tools ,the right rivets etc.. ? and someone with experiance at this and using a torch proper..thats why the idea of using bolts is...

Put c clamps on spring and wrap spring with strong rope or chain .slowly remove center bolt and see springs come ..be careful as they are under lots of pressure...loosen c clamps slowly until spring...

Of course it will work..question do you want to do that ? I use off the self auto parts 85-140 seems to work fine..I have run 30 wt motor oil in manual trans before and it works fine ,a little noisy...

3rd brush gens were designed so you would not need a voltage regulator, they were controled by moving 3rd brush for summer or winter use, the faster they turn the less they put out....the shunt type...

looks like your rollers are not hitting the back stop, ie plate that goes on the backing first before anchor bolt goes in....see picture ..your plate will look different , but they do same...
