Put the car in there, roll the trailer forward and check the angle of the rim exterior with a digital level or heck just a bubble on a stick. Should be level, if not you bent your axles.

I use a nice Griffin aluminum radiator and a Spaal Be Cool fan, had my old truck with the monster engine in it in the parade...

Yeah 15 to 22 is fine. Keep in mind you are going into an aluminum cover assembly, torque specs per bolt size and all of that go out the window. !5 is better, I don't even torque these, never have...
