Thank you. The one steel fender on it was obviously not a 33/34. Someone fabricated the "raised portion"

I'm exploring options for that '33 pickup. I have it all blown apart. Still need to disassemble the rearend to see what kind of shape it's in after I borrow a spring spreader and hub...

Sounds like it from above. If it has a spare tire well, it might be bigger to accommodate the bigger truck tire.

is there a good online source for info on setting up and installing a helmet distributor? Have a 59A that i would like to fire and it has has a Helmet for some reason :confused:

I know. That may change. The mechanical brakes are actually working on this thing now though. haven't pulled the drums yet.

Aquired a '33 project (basket case) pickup today. Pretty straight old girl. Not alot of rust repair needed. Bottom back of cab is about the worst. Frame is good. Still has metal floor in the body....
