If you have a V8 60 motor, I don't think it will bolt up.
The trans is different and I think the Bell housing and back of block would be different.

32-3 window body made by Murray-totally different than the Ford bodied 5 window.
Hood, grille, bumpers, fenders, & running boards would be the same.
Trunk lids are also different.

1940Ford rear wheel wells

Looking for about a 6" piece of rear wheel wells from where they meet the body
inboard all the way around. Need to replace a rusted out section both sides.
