search for -21 stud coolant flush- and go to #7 and #11 to see what I did for just your problem. I took 2 radiators to the shop with no change. Skips pumps don't fix the plugged water channels....

I looked at Dennis Carpenter and best they can do is a uncut mat for '38-'47, is that the mat you got?

Yes it should be on the steering wheel but when it quite a long time ago some farmer just put the switch on the dash and I left it there. It's been like that for 60 years.
