Back when, I bought new seat upholster from Rick's, for our 1928 roadster. I sent my check to him for his "made to order", "No return" seat covers. It took over 6 months to finally receive them....

A name of another rust converter is called Rust Kutter, available at Tractor Supply. It also is a phosphoric acid rust converter. It works well too.

There are chemicals that convert iron oxide (rust) to iron phosphate, and that stops the rust. Rust Mort, Ospho, and others do a good job at stopping rust. Of course, one has to clean the area and...

Found the headliner retaining strips. The strips above the door were used from 1935 through 1948 pickups. I found mine on a 1948 Ford truck. Even the drilled holes matched up.

My '36 pick up had a felt like material glued to the glove box door insert. Was this correct, or was it redone wrong?
