Thanks for reply ,sorry in not responding ,not aware of any response. Anyway I just press up as hard as I can with a small screwdriver and place the c clip on the horn rod ,not easy.Was asking...

HI,
I am new here and was wondering that too as my 31 slant window horn rod seems to be shorter than the spider or rather it does not extend as far as the spider does. Should they be about even?
