Thanks for the input. It doesn't sound like $7500 is an excellent deal. I'm more used to pricing Model A's. An A in this condition would be worth much more. I'm surprised the T's are worth less. ...

I believe a big difference between then and now is the percentage of consumers that finance. I've read that 100 years ago only 2% of homes/land in the USA were financed. I can only imagine this...

My Great Grandfather started working for Ford in 1910 in Detroit and two of his sons (my grandfather and great uncle) all worked there for most of their lives. They all met Henry on a few occasions...

Using those figures it doesn't seem like we're doing too bad. One figure that will throw this off is debt. Back then people owned their belongings. Now everyone is in debt up to their eyeballs.
