As it turns out my fuel pump is working . However I spoke with Tom at "Then and Now" and was delighted to find out they make the rebuild kits in the USA !

Hello,
I have a 1950 F1 with an Inline 6
I need to rebuild the fuel pump but Dennis Carpenters site states that they only have kits for V8's.
My question is are they the same parts ?

Hand's down , absolutely STRAW !
Since you are going to paint them anyway , buy two or three can's of spray paint , and give the wheels a few shots .
You will find that Straw will take that car...

MNFATS , what does it take to restore a model A steering wheel ?
I was going to hit mine with some real "heavy" grit compound to "hopefully" keep it from getting sticky on hot days .

in that condition and NO info on the car I would say $2000 tops . car's that are painted , run , have an interior and good tires can be had between 6-12 grand .
