After reading your suggestion I just ran the power lead directly from the battery to the "X" (power) on the LED Flasher -- no change.

I still have the original bulbs in the cowl...

Well, per the Signal Lite 900 instructions, the power line to the flasher is from the battery. So, I had connected it to the pass side in the Terminal Box following the Yellow wire...

CT Jack, I agree regarding the conventional flasher, won't work with LED lights. The LEDLight.com Flasher 6 Volt Positive Ground 3 Terminal is sold as able to work with both types at the same time....

Patrick, Sorry for the delayed response (work).
What type of flasher ? LEDLight.com Flasher 6 Volt Positive Ground 3 Terminal (Bench tested and is working properly)

Is the 900 housing grounded ?...
