I donít have a picture, but I missed out on a 51 Tudor , six cyl flathead, running condition in 1975,
I believe the price was $500.
Ended up buying a 55 instead.

Take the distributor off the car. The camshaft is slotted for the distributor it will only go back in one way unless you force it. There is also a manual method for setting the points with a ruler....

That’s a beautiful car! Paint looks like it was just put on! If the rest of the car is in that good of shape it shouldn’t take much to get it roadworthy. Congratulations on being it’s next caretaker!...

I would think in 1950 the custom work for that car would have been done in lead.

I’ve had that issue with a lot of model A body parts, but most of Drakes parts I have bought have been very good quality.
He’s not reproducing 35 coupe rear fenders any time soon is he?
