Old Philadelphia ford dealership paper weight

My dad had this for years. I didn't realize what it was until I got a model t and seen it was a steering gear cover.

From what I just read this head is a 1926-27 BB head with the slanted rear casting for clearance of the firewall and fuel tank. Has anyone seen a B head that's slanted?. None of the spark plug holes...

It also has dual valve springs, seems like that would be to much tension on the rocker arms.

I know someone in South Jersey who has a 31 deluxe roadster original paint that was taken completely apart in the 60's by his uncle. The car is still apart sitting in the garage.
