I tried MEK in the tank of my red F1, and it came out almost as clear as it went in. 70 year old tank ethanol was dissolving the old ethyl coating.
Bought a new tank from Carpenter.
Maybe Ethanol...

I remember seeing a video of a fuel tank strapped to the rear wheel of a tractor raised up and turning. Cannot remember what cleaning agent was being used. Bolts, nuts and chain will loosen up...

I have Snap on, Kennedy, Proto, Craftsman, and Cornwell boxes. Different stacks for each. As I needed more storage, bought another box for that type of storage.

Electrical issues disappeared on my 41 when I added a ground wire from the dash to the body and cleaned the paint around the starter button.

Is the fan mounted to the crank pulley?

Check for a bare wire maybe thru the firewall.

When I was in high school, 1959 1960 the junk yard had a pile of flatheads. Take your pick $25.00 it was yours. For $100.00 they guaranteed it. You could take back the broken blocks, just throw them...

Permatex 2 is a good sealer for studs then anti-seize above the block. Shop is looking good.

Middle 1960's I knew a guy who repaired radios and speedometers, he always left the odometers showing 37,000 miles. He worked for many car dealers.

We cut a hole in a rollup door for a twenty foot bar feeder for a cnc lathe. Lathe in warm shop, bar feeder outside in the weather. Never found out if he could hold tolerances.
