With it running carefully remove one spark plug wire at a time. Listen, you should be able to identify which plug is not firing properly. If there is a change, it's not that plug. If no change you...

Champion radiator worked for my 52 F1 for many years. Well made and did the job. Not stock looking but a flashy polished finish.
I would love to buy USA products but can't afford most of them...

I like the VHT Engine paint available at Auto Zone and I believe Wal Mart. Durable and not messed up by gas and oil. It does have a "kinda" glossy finish if that is an issue.
I used it on my 52 F1...

As suggested, running an additional ground cable from the from a tranny or bell housing bolt is good insurance of maintaining a good ground. Chap

I agree with it being a timing issue. Lot's of posts on proper timing procedure. But, if it ran with the old carb and would not start with the new carb why did you decide to tinker with the timing....

Back when my buddies and I were 16 year old know it all mechanics we just grabbed a condenser from the scrap parts box and it physically fit, installed it. I didn't know there were actually correct...

1952 Buick or Hudson... Don't use a two wheel dolly to tow an "A". Why put the rear end spinning for many miles when there are trailers available. Just my opinion! Chap

If it didn't pull apart far enough on removal for the brushes to slide off the shaft, your good. Test: if the pieces slide back together without a gap the brushes are still correctly...
