Thank you Michael ! Can't get copper coat here so going dry with the thin bead of Dirko silicone around each water jacket hole on both sides of the gasket.

Yes they are spot welded to the frame.Those windshield brackets are attached with 2 screws on each side to the actual hinges.You need to remove the side garnish mouldings and the header panel...

The hole is 2 1/8 and the hole cutter for the USA door knob is what I use but a good quality one.Done it a few times.Here is the last one with the clock in it.

Eddie Meyer used to be available in 21 Stud. Since Don Orosco passed away I don't know who is doing them.Perhaps Doug Clem in Nevada.Here is info I found when Googling it.
