Position the escutcheon where it is supposed to be; then mark where the 2-4 tabs are on the upholstery panel; then with an exacto knife cut small slits where the marks are; then push the escutcheon...

Fixing a leaky steering column

To fix a leaking steering column, the repro houses offer a "O" ring and a thin, flat washer, which goes on the end of the steering sector shaft, to fix the problem.

Which horn, in order to remove the armature from the motor base, allows the nut to be removed the opposite way than the other 4 model A Horns??

There is a conflict of date usage between the graph and the drawing.

Drawing states Mid-1928 thru 1931 (May 1928 thru 1931) where the graph states September thru 1931.

Horn parts...trade

I have a very decent "ORIGINAL" E. A. Lab (Mid 1928 thru 1929) horn cover with a small dent on the top.

Would like to trade for a #3 "ORIGINAL" Sparton horn cover (Early-September 1928)...
