Re: Dynamite!

I am guessing she is about 18 in the picture. SO, that would make her 109 years old today.

Re: Looking for opinions - compression low on 2 & 3

But wait. Look at this. $26.00. Now this is a no brainer.

Re: Fuel tank spark arrestor

I had them and removed them for better gas flow and some nozzles don't like them.

Compression test results, opinions please.

I have a 6.1 Snyders head. About 3,000 miles on the engine. Head was torqued down many times.

So, what do you think. Just drive it like I stole it and not worry about anything, or?

Re: Painting black insert in 30/31 instrument panel

Yes, it has to be sanded for the paint to bond. If you don't sand the paint will chip off. Then wipe down with an acetone or degreaser to clean any fingerprints or oils left on the metal before...

Re: Painting black insert in 30/31 instrument panel

I have done them a couple of ways. Both ways look very good.

1: Use an eye dropper or syringe, and fill the insert with paint. The panel must be laying perfectly flat for the paint to fill in...

When you do that, the ignition is back...
