I think your right. I've seen fans mount up in front of the gen and down off the crank...mines not anywhere to be found. I'll look for some pics of original trucks

Good morning, since I don't have a stock fan set up I was considering using an electric fan. I think it might cool better, may take some load off the stock engine and since I don't have a stock fan...

Lawson,I never thought about the Clear peeling off.I do know that during the resto im going to paint the fenders,bed inside and out, doors inside and out,cececab inside and out,firewall and hood...

Kube, my end game is to restore it to nice driver car show truck.It certainly deserves a frame off.The motor is a 49.its almost rust free but does have issues with the bed fwd corners and pass cab...

I found some interior kits on Cartouche.I was looking for white interior to go with a Grabber blue exterior. But I'll entertain black or brown....I'm a ways from that decision right now anyways....

I'm not sure why the beefed up suspension. The bed isn't big enough to haul much. well see when I get the coils off how she sits

Thanks v8coopman,it just didn't look right.the coil springs are bolted on so they will come off easy. I may re mount the shocks but their ok for now

My truck came with added on shocks and coil springs in addition to the single leaf set up.the stock shocks are gone.i can reuse the aftermarket shock mounts with some dressing up but are the coil...
