The frame certainly looks straight, but I'm sure my uncalibrated eyeballs aren't completely accurate. I'll take some measurements to make sure before I go any further.

The pads on the blocks I removed are pretty cruddy looking. Per above, I thought they were leather. Some of them may be, they certainly shred apart like old dried/rotted leather. ...
