I found my block cracked in the same place about a month ago....right down the water jacket and it had even made its way up the exhaust side. Most likely a water freeze crack. Mine was seeping water...

I changed the pos and neg cables....now I get spark when I put the wire from the terminal box to the top of the starter and after a few seconds it burns my fuse....

Ok the guy that rebuilt the horn received it back in the mail today and hooked it up (6V to left and neg to right and it began to spin and so he tightened the screw a couple of turns and it works...

Does the wire from the horn go on the same terminal on the cut out as the wire coming from the terminal box?
