I've been using it on my last couple engine rebuilds. It's a very good product I've had no leaks on any of them. I find it much better than RTV

I understand that,That's why I was asking where the power could be coming from. I feel like they may have something hooked up wrong. I don't think the regulator is faulty.

I'm not sure? It's brand new and it did the same thing with the first regulator. I don't think the regulator should have power to it unless it's running?
