32 NORS V8 replacement carburetor

New old stock aftermarket 32 carburetor. As found. Still in box. includes new choke cable and air horn insulator gasket.

Yes. As well as a thick gasket that goes on the air horn.

That`s good to know. I gave very little for both items. Who knows.. Someone may need the carb.

I paid very little for these items so not getting hurt. Just curious. The ornament is identical to this one on ebay. I think it is cool and will keep it but if someone needs the carb I will help you...

I use a group 2 battery from Oreilleys auto parts. Cranks my 85 hp 37 fast and starts well even after sitting for a month. It is a little taller but still fits well.

It is a stock 6V system. The crank time was not long. Just long enough to do volt drop tests on the cables. Cranks slow hot. I am getting a voltage drop of almost 1 volt across the solenoid...

I want to upgrade my front brakes from the 39 ford brakes to the lincoln self energizing brakes. I see speedway has them for 475 and Thompsons Garage has them for 425. Anyone ever deal with Thompsons...

The stock hubcabs were glued to these wheels. My car is lowered so I don`t think the stock wheels would work without rubbing. 487182
