Me too: I have done dozens of fords with 3/16" standard lines with 9" ford rear ends with 10" and 11" drums with 11" and 9" discs on the front. and 3/16"
line have 3/8" 24 threads per inch ...

My 34 pickup has the original grille and shell, all one piece. The SS trim piece has the top ends slitely longer so they can be trimmed to fit under the rad-top bull-nose trim.

BUT. the edges have the factory tiny slotted holes for the screws that slide around in the factory or...

4.5". 5 bolt is standard ford late car and light truck from about the 60s till late 90s, then the changed it to 100mill x 5bolt.......

If my flathead(stock 1952) overheats with no thermostats, alum rad, electric fan,
13lb cap, recovery tank. So I am going to try the new Bob Drake super water pumps in hopes of pushing more water...

I have used Fertan for years it is made in Germany, it is fantastic no rust on a properly treated part 30 years later! Just wire brush the rust, then coat with fertan let dry 24hrs then coat again...

perhaps that is a good idea, I maybe shooting at steam pockets?? so I will fill the rad to the ver, very top and get back to this forum with the results after that.......
