No it's pressed and rolled and one solid rolled or stamped piece. IT's too nice to be a home cut job. The flanging is really nice with square corners you only get when a piece is stamped. Also...

Will a Roadster door latch from a '28 fit and work in a '30 Roadster door? I've got a no outside handle situation and this would be an easy fix if it worked.
