You can also try Simple Green. I put a Holly 94 in a 50/50 mix of Simple Green and water and the carb came out great!

The '32 choke knob I tried to remove from a rusted dash was not threaded on, but was either press fit or molded over the shaft. I broke it trying to remove it.

I had thought about doing it this way, but a friend had a dado setup and It went pretty quick. I recall the radius of the cut being 8".
