CC-MO, I have a 1930 Ford Coupe and it was a barn find. I am in the process of restoring it and I have found different year parts throughout the car. Back in the day I am sure many Model A owners...

I will add my 2-cents. Being a 4 number on the Title I would believe that DMV assigned that number to the car and it should be somewhere on the vehicle. That is my guess. Hugh
