The first "5" is the head diameter,..it depends on the size of the counter bore
in the shoe material. The one that I have measures...

You can see were the 4 bar upper mount is hitting the rear crossmember,
which is in the 3rd. photo. Get under the car and spend some time looking..

That's a standard plug used in LATE 1928 and maybe into early 1929..

IF yes,..then the pinion rear will have a matching number,..UNLESS it has a mis-matched
ring and pinion..okay?

I believe the 7 degrees is the "king pin inclination", which should intersect with the
center of the tire patch on the ground for a stock wheel/tire combination..

Look close at the bottom of the spark and gas rods,..are they still round or flattened from
wear? I've welded them up to make them round again..
