When the originals are gone they are gone. I still think there are more restoration/rebuild people than there are racers, not to discount there efforts. Most would be happy with just a replacement.

Just a thought, you would have more chances of selling a new block that was like a new replacement from Ford. If you can interchange the front and rear cores to cover more years, so much the better....

I wonder if there would be a way to make the rear of the block casting so you could change cores and have the old style bellhousing or even something like a smallblock Ford. Could save people from...
