Those are for small flags, probably have to rig your own. If you have a patriot guard unit around you they put big flags on their motorcycles for veteran funerals. They may have a good mount.

Check suppliers for a hold down bracket besides these two little holders. The top will secure the group one battery, most A suppliers have them, attaches to existing battery tray.

Just replaced original rear mounts with float a motor. Front mount original. Parts were with basket case when I acquired it some 20 years ago. Check for babbit in oil when changing, possibly damaged...

sure sounds like excessive crank play to me. Had the same noise and issues. Corrected most of it with engine mount adjustment (float a motor). Crank the motor, push in the clutch and see if the front...

That drivers side key lock was added by po. They reasoning behind the original was exit on curb side and lock passenger door with key. There was a slide lock (inside) that you are missing. No key on...

My 30 coupe is not set up for gland rings. I used a one piece gasket with the metal on the side facing the manifold and the paper side toward the head, no gasket sealer used.

Just thought I would pass this on, had an exhaust leak in the area of the number four exhaust port. Removed the intake and exhaust and found them to be true and level. Noticed valve cover gasket...

This is what I did. Dont use the cup spacer. Tighten the nuts up until they just hit the spring spacers. Install cotter pins. May seem to loose , but my experience, such that it is, led me to believe...

A brief history. Had basket case 1930 Model A for 20 years. Finally completed total rebuild, engine, trans, rear end brakes, interior, paint, wiring, the works. Probably have twice what it is worth...

That is correct, but in can be a PITA. I ended up securing mine with plastic ties around spring and to rumble lid. Works great and you cant see it.

I had foaming after 10 miles at 50 MPH. Looked like whipped cream. Made me sick. No overheating indicated. Had cheap antifreeze, tap water, and off brand stop leak. Drained it all put in 50/50...

Not an expert, but my new distributor went down within 1/4 to 1/8 inch of head. Index pin on bottom of distributor was not sliding into hole on head, used SMALL tac hammer to TAP it in place.
