I tried pulling the pulleys by hand and they both move forward with ease, however the left more than the right side which is maybe why it is more noticeable.

Thanks GM, so movement per rpm is normal? Yes, these are bushing type. Why does the other pump pulley move and other one not?

Regular blue/green antifreeze coolant.

Torque setting at 50-60 ftlbs? First loosen all, then torque to 50 lbs, the to 60?
