1930 roadster project

New body on 32 frame, dropped and drilled axle, 9" posi. rear, 560-15 front 820-15 rear, 5 1/2 BP wheels, titled 30 roadster in my name.

Thanks to all who replied to my problem , I've got a handle on this now. Nuts,bolts,gaskets and my time no big deal. Guess the shop owner had a brain fart, shit happens and life goes on. thanks again

OK pulled the front apart no plug behind the timing gear. I can't remember if there is a plug in the back. "flatheadmurre" gets the prize

When this first started did the gauge thing both electric and mechanical. With the port open oil dribbled out. The more I think about the hole above the cam gears ..lube hole..If there is plug behind...

with fuel pump off the gear is ok I tried to turn with screw drive no movement. Today I pulled the intake on left side clear down toward the back under the casting that goes to the oil pressure port...

The fuel pump rod is out[electric now] the bushing is there but a bolt is in the hole keep the pressure up

Had a day to think about this oil pressure problem. I made a plug with place to put some air into the block. Doing so there seem to be a lot of air exiting some where in the block. This laying on my...

All good ideas and a pile of help. Takes me awhile to check each one. Still looking, this engine is all WAS all together with all the body fluids in it.

Oil galley plug??? maybe that's way the air seem to be coming out up in the block not any where else.
