You are talking about the back of the speedometer, as far as I know it it not available.A re-builder may be able to fix it from an original one that has that part on it still good.You might try E-Bay...

Remember when it was 1928-1931 there were very few paved roads so they favored more rear braking then.Today I try to get even braking on a Model A ,it seems better on paved roads .

Last time that happened I went 1.5 miles to get gas ,ran fine then when I finished pumping gas it would crank fine and fire ,start then dead. I ended up towing home 1.5 miles for $150 after waiting...

I found the 100ft lbs. on a site claiming it to be a Ford specification although I have read that in the factory there were no torque wrenches there. Anybody heard else this?
