In California you need a pair to do YOM plates. A pair of clear plates are worth some money and not too easy to find. You can find singles at fleas and swaps all day long.

Why would you have a Light flywheel, Cam, Big Valves, High compression head and run stock manifolds and carb? You are leaving the real value of all those modifications on the table IMO. I know you...

After toying with that idea and not feeling comfortable with the geometry, I went with Daves battery box set up, dual Mustang master is hard to beat.

Diver helmet distributor and KR Wilson timing fixture

Beautiful early Distributor, polished with beautiful bakelite covers, looks to be rebuilt with new points, etc...clean as a whistle....sitting on a KR Wison V126 distributor timing fixture in XLT...

I run F100. you just bolt right on to the later spindles you ordered. I might be wrong, but the method you were tying is to use early Ford backing plates on A spindles. You also know you will need to...

I used the Snyders set of grade 8 nuts, bolts and sealed washers for mains and the ARP nuts recommended by Jim on the rods.
