Thanks everyone for the info and suggestions. Sounds like buying the hardware and having them made or getting them at Restoration Supply is the way to go.

Sorry, just noticed your location. Heat is probably not needed but very damp conditions or sudden temperature change may cause condensation. Might try a little Seafoam in the oil
