Picked up our van after all four tires were replaced. All four tires had the stickers on them. Never went back.

First. Remove all electrical tape and butt splices (scotch lock and wire nuts included) and throw as far as you can.

Center cam bearing wear minimum is kind of moot. There is a max clearance however if you measure the wear in the block even a cam with standard bearings can exceed limits.
