I made a crimping tool (pliers with 2-1/2" wide surface). I crimped the channel a little at a time. Original crimped channels don't look that great.

The covers need to have a cord sewn around the bottom of the skirts so that they can be crimped into the channel around the lower edge of the springs. This is the way Ford did the installation. I...

If you want to have original Ford looking seats (i.e. stock), then LeBaron Bonney covered seats are not the way to go. They are not close to being correct unless they have changed in the last couple...
