Is the spacer the only part that is unique to the pickups/trucks?.... the other stuff universal with cars?

I have never seen one of these mounted. My pickup had an electric motor with an add on switch that I'm getting rid of.

My header panel DOES have only 1 hole. However it is over in the center....

OK, I've got it now. Green seat and cardboar was the only color offered. Not sure I will like that with the gray. I may have to change that to black...?? Awesome responses from everyone.
