It looks like we got the terminology straightened out, but could an Australian Ute be considered a passenger pickup? It kind of does fit both descriptions?

Another thing to mention as to why they are different, the center banjo housing on the 32-34 is about 3/8" narrower than the 35 and later center banjo.

Yes, The square holes accept side curtain rods and the upper larger snaps are where they attach to. The lower snaps appear to be for a tonneau cover
