Correct about the swedging

The Dorman 610-234 studs won't work, to small

The stud hole in the drum is 0.624 diameter.
I'm trying to find the correct original wheel studs but not having much luck.
I believe I'm looking...

I didn’t realize 35 drums could be used with hydraulic brakes.
What wheel studs can I use to replace the two welded ones ?
Are there any that don’t require swedging ?

I Have a set of rear drums off of a 1935 coupe which has been converted to hydraulic brakes at some point.
My plan is to get these turned, replace seals, check bearings and reuse.

Rebuilt engine not turning over

Got my 59AB engine together and it starts up and runs fine.

But after running it and bringing it up to temp if you shut it off it won't turn over.
It tries and moves just a little bit then...

Still trying to figure out how I am going to hook up the vacuum for the distributor. I haven't looked into a jic hydraulic connector because I don't have a lathe. Does any one have the proper fitting...

So your driving the outer race of the bearing out not hitting the bearing itself

Good to know about the rear seals.
I called Winfield tool, they no longer make the hub puller , they gave the number to all ford parts.
