Looking for some recommendations on getting a 41 v8 rebuilt in the northern Illinois Wisconsin border area. Anyone have recommendations on a reasonable stock rebuild?

Stake bed truck

Flat bed frame for '42

looking for a bed frame for a '42 1-1/2 ton commercial truck. Script would be great but not required. I think it is 9ft by 7ft. Need something to build from.

can an A climb a hill. Not in my tudor it can't. fresh engine, high comp. head. 3rd gear and about a 5% hill. If it is more than a half mile then I am headed for second. Sound about right?

I have installed turn signals using LED front bumper mounts and LED tail lights on both sides. I have a shaft mounted lever switch and have the flasher unit with the extra ground. Everything works...

This trip sounds great! I have heard of Model A'rs taking this big trip of a lifetime. Tell me, Does one average 45-47 mph and about 13 - 15 mpgs? Sound undaunting for sure.

Thank you for your help. I am now on day two and not sure what I have done. Seems I get the doors fitting and then the hood does not. Hmm. Maybe day three! It truly is not an easy job.

This is a good start and I suppose provides some level of universal procedures. My car is a Tudor. It looks as though one would start at the front and work backward to the rear of the vehicle.
