I had vibes because we tightened down my fron mount springs until there was no vibrations being absorbed. All that energy was transferred to other parts of the car. Resulted in ignition cable backing...

Try tightening the armored ignition cable to distributor interface. Excessive engine vibration caused mine to back out of the distributor and cause intermittent spark
