Patten plate inside hood o fire wall

On the patten plate inside of hood on the fire wall the patten plate has a small square with two letters in upper right corner. these letters designate where car was factory assembled.

I still have a whine from old 3:54 gears (new bearings) rear end during decertation. think i will replace with 3:25 gear set.
question is where to purchase. Where do suggest.

replaced flex hose driver side
cleaned in side drums
cleaned driver side wheel cyl
new DOT 3/4 fluid...

flathead torque tube bearing

I have a 1940 Tudor sedan that has a vibration around 45 mph.
Tire balance is good

I have tried four different fuel pumps(with glass bowl and pump with out), flex hose and fuel pump rods with no luck. I have added 3/16" thick leather shim between pump...

I did run compression check.
#1was 120#
#2 was 130#
#3 was 125#
#4 did not check due to hard to get gauge straight

#5 was 120 #
#6 was 120 #
#7 was 110#
#8 was 120#

Engine has only about 3K miles on new rebuild so should not have any varnish on valves stems. Feel it may have gotten too HOT and galled valve stems in split guides. I did add quart of M. Mystery oil...
