Re: Does your Coupe have a Trunk or Rumble seat

If it was a rumble seat you would have holes in the fenders to mount the step plates.

Re: Sticking Brakes

Your brakes seem to go out but then not retract.
Could be a broken spring but most likely brake dust and grease has hardened not allowing the shoes to return.
Just clean good and put back together.

Re: USB Charging Port Question

I bought a regular power port, attached it to the upper wooden floorboard, and use a 12v adapter. My car is still 6v positive ground so mount it on wood because the housing is live.

Re: Need Door Bumper Help

In the kit pictured in Bratton's catalog they show a machine screw to hold the bumper to the door header, in the download from Snyder's they show a wood screw. Which is correct?

Re: Stuck rear hub - how to get it off

One thing I read here (tried it once but can't remember if it worked) was to put the axle nut on a few turns loose, put the wheel back on and drive it around the yard.

Re: 1931 Ford, Trunk or Rumble???

Re: Outsmarting the smart battery charger / maintainer

Hey Chris,

My notes aren't to good on this but here goes.
The power goes from the battery to starter, to terminal box, to ammeter to switch.

I don't have a mnemonic but I work left to right.
Spark up, gas down, key on, gas valve open, choke up.
